Medicaid NOW accepted at Brick and Lawrenceville for GenPsych Children & Adolescent Programs

GenPsych August 2018

Medicaid-GenPsych is happy to announce that we accept Medicaid for our Children & Adolescent programs at our Brick and Lawrenceville offices.

GenPsych’s Children Program

The Youth Program at GenPsych (ages 8-12) is an outpatient program offering both Partial Care treatment as well as Intensive Outpatient Programming. Our program aims to help children struggling with various issues such as anxiety, depression, defiance, anger and more. Our multidisciplinary approach allows us to reach these children on a more thorough level, leading to a widespread change in areas such as self-esteem, behavioral issues and family dynamics.

Before entering the program, each child meets with a Board-Certified Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist for a comprehensive evaluation to determine the extent of any psychiatric issues. We will then begin to create an individualized and appropriate treatment plan for the child. Once admitted, each child is teamed with a therapist that can best meet his or her needs.

GenPsych’s Adolescent Program

The GenPsych Adolescent Program is an outpatient program offering both Partial Care treatment and Intensive Outpatient Programming. Our programs aim to help teens struggling with various issues such as anxiety, depression, defiance, anger, bipolar, substance abuse and more. This multidisciplinary approach allows us to reach these adolescents more thoroughly, leading to a widespread change in areas such as self-esteem, behavioral issues and family dynamics.

Our therapists and doctors are in constant contact with families, schools and other important individuals in your teen’s life. Family roles and dynamics are major factors in recovery, which is why we treat the whole family. Parent support groups and family therapy sessions are mandatory parts of treatment. When the family enters treatment alongside the adolescent, we truly begin to see real change.

Before entering the program, each adolescent will meet with a Board-Certified Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist for a comprehensive evaluation to determine the extent of any psychiatric or substance abuse issues. We will then begin to create an appropriate treatment plan for that individual. Once admitted, each adolescent is teamed with a therapist that can best meet his or her needs.

Call our admissions department today at 1-855-GEN-PSYCH (436-7792).
