GenPsych PC, an elite mental health treatment provider since 2005, is resuming in-person services at its Brick location. In addition to offering our Adult Intensive Outpatient Program in person, we are pleased to now offer our summer teen program, both in-person and telehealth.
The GenPsych Adolescent Program (GAP) is a comprehensive teen mental health program designed for adolescents ages 13 to 17 with various issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral symptoms, etc.
Topics and activities of the summer GAP program include:
DBT skills groups
Anxiety group: transition back to normalcy
Smart choices/Healthy coping skills
Art therapy/Artistic expression
Music therapy
Virtual yoga therapy/Creative expressions
Unique treatment plans will be designed for each client, which include individual and group therapy including DBT, CBT, art therapy, music, yoga, and creative movement.
Medication management and therapeutic services are provided by our licensed clinical and psychiatric staff.
